We're Our Own
First Case Study.
Most AI agencies have never run the kind of business they sell to. We run a Miami rental operation on the exact stack in our catalog — booking agent, phone line, payments, waivers, CRM, bookkeeping, ads. Everything below is a system in production, described without decoration.
"Here's what you won't find on this page: invented client names, logos we don't have permission to use, or revenue numbers we can't stand behind. Client work is described anonymously because that's what the engagements allow. Everything else you can watch working, live, on a screen share."
— Dmytro Honchar, founderA Rental Business That Runs Itself
Jet ski rental, Miami. Every layer below is live, processing real customers and real money — and every one of them is something we'll build for you.
Omnichannel booking agent
One AI agent across Telegram, Instagram DM and WhatsApp — 21 production modules including function-calling booking, CRM memory with loyalty pricing, payment link generation, live calendar availability, weather-based gating, seven-language auto-detection, voice-note transcription, follow-up sequences and escalation to a human.
Booking & fleet platform
Customer-facing booking site plus eleven admin screens — bookings, customers, fleet, maintenance, GPS, financials, marketing, partners, waivers, memberships. Built on React and Supabase with server-side payment functions.
Payments & reconciliation
Card processing, deposits, automated confirmation emails, a reminder scheduler, and reconciliation that matches manual transfers back to bookings without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
AI phone line
Voice agent answering the business number, plus outbound campaigns for follow-up, reactivation and review requests — with a searchable call database and automated reporting.
Digital waivers & agreements
Rental agreements and liability waivers sent, signed and archived before the customer arrives — including guardian flows for minors and automatic chasing until signed.
Ad attribution loop
Bookings flow into the CRM, CRM stage changes fire offline purchase events back to Meta with click-to-WhatsApp attribution, on a 15-minute cycle. The ad algorithm optimizes toward collected revenue instead of cheap clicks.
Why this matters more than a testimonial
When we say a booking agent works, we're not quoting a client — we're describing the thing taking our own bookings this weekend. Ask us to open it during the call.

01
Commercial contractor · $13–20M revenue, 115 employees
AI audit and profitability-monitoring design for a construction operation.
Audit + design
▼
The situation
A mid-size commercial contractor running on a construction ERP, with job profitability only visible long after jobs closed — and a bid pipeline where follow-up depended on whoever remembered.
What we delivered
- Full AI opportunity audit across estimating, bidding, field reporting and accounting
- Design for an earned-value profitability monitor reading directly from their ERP
- Configured voice agent for bid follow-up
- Competitive analysis of their incumbent ERP's own AI roadmap
- Phased implementation plan with a fixed-price pilot
It's the deepest scoping work we've done, and it's why the Construction Suite in our catalog is specific instead of generic.
02
Car rental operator · ~$500K fleet
Working AI booking agent delivered as a live demo, then packaged.
Demo → proposal
▼
The situation
A rental operator losing inquiries to slow response times, with the owner personally answering messages across three channels at all hours.
What we delivered
- A working booking agent built on their real fleet and pricing — demoed, not mocked up
- Knowledge base assembled from their actual policies and rates
- Three-tier implementation proposal with ROI math per tier
- Written presentation for their internal decision-making
We build the demo on the prospect's real data before anyone signs anything. It's the fastest way to end an "will this work for my business?" conversation.
03
Professional services firm · 60 employees
Automation assessment and live agent demo for a document-heavy practice.
Assessment + demo
▼
The situation
A services firm where expensive licensed professionals spent hours on intake, form preparation, status checking and client updates — classic $15/hr work done by $150/hr people.
What we delivered
- Process assessment across intake, case tracking and client communication
- Live agent demo handling intake and status queries
- Automation roadmap sequenced by hours recovered per role
- Portable deployment template so their stack could be handed over cleanly
Document-heavy professional services is the highest-leverage vertical we've assessed — the gap between what staff cost and what they spend time on is the widest.
04
Multi-entity bookkeeping automation
Roughly 90 production scripts running against live QuickBooks entities.
In production
▼
What's running
- P&L and balance sheet pulls on demand across two entities
- Bank and card statement parsing into categorized transactions
- Vendor cleanup and bulk recategorization
- Reconciliation assistance
- 1099 preparation and electronic filing
- Automatic credential refresh so nothing silently stops working
Accounting integrations are where most automation projects quietly die — token expiry, schema changes, edge cases in categorization. Ours has survived all three, which is exactly what we sell with the AI Ops Platform.
What We Got Wrong, and What It Taught Us
An agency that only shows wins is telling you half of what it knows. Here's the other half — paid for with our own money.
We ran ads into a funnel that didn't exist
Traffic campaigns, a pixel firing page views only, and no conversion events. Predictably: spend, no bookings. Now we don't launch a campaign until the conversion event fires end to end — and we build the same discipline into every client's ad setup.
We optimized for the wrong event
A campaign optimized for landing-page views sent 84% of impressions to a junk placement. The offer never got a fair test. Lesson now baked into the catalog: optimize for leads or purchases, exclude overlay placements, and close the attribution loop first.
We targeted the wrong country
A US-market offer that spent real money reaching an audience that could never buy it. Boring to admit, expensive to learn, and the reason we now audit targeting parameters before creative — for ourselves and for clients.
If you want to hear the long version of any of these, ask on the call. We'd rather you hire us knowing how we think when something fails.
The Integrations Behind the Catalog
Not a list of logos we've read about — systems with credentials, health monitoring and automatic token refresh in our own infrastructure.
